A new way of yarn coloring: A device that can produce color yarn during winding. Up till now, yarn has been dyed after making the yarn package in spinning. There is now no machine or device which can dye fiber, or make colored yarn during the spinning process. pre-dyed fibers are expensive to make dyed yarn in spinning which is costly and lose some color fibers in the spinning process which is a cost. Designed a device that can be installed in different places like mixing, and lap to produce melange yarn. To produce multi-color yarn in the spinning mill, RN machines, winding, and doubling machines are suitable places to produce a color or multicolor yarn which can be sent directly on knitting or weaving machines, no need to unwind, color and the rewinding after dyeing. it will shorten the yarn dyeing process. At the moment the colored yarn samples are made on a doubling machine by using an atomizing technique which has reduced a huge quantity of water so it is water-saving too. A small device is being installed on the doubling machine, dye liquor is being atomized and sprayed on yarn during winding. the yarn package is dried and ready to send for knitting or weaving. the pictures of color yarn made by using this newly developed atomizing technique can be presented to the interested companies.
